EventRoster acts as a discovery and booking platform. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or accuracy of listings. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging with any vendor or venue.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on EventRoster, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of EventRoster or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

EventRoster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to disputes between users and vendors/venues.

7. Enquiries and Bookings

Submitting an enquiry through our platform does not constitute a confirmed booking. All bookings are subject to direct agreement between the user and the respective vendor or venue.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
